The Ministry
For over 27 years, Rev. J Mack Taylor has been ministering in the way that the Lord
God called him, to the youth & children of our great nation. For 16 years as a youth & children's pastor, Rev. Taylor had
a burning heart for evangelism of these young ones.
The mainstay of his ministry has been to love the kids with the love of Christ,
teaching them to make disciples as they were being discipled. Because the Love of Christ was being birthed into their spirits.
They were in essence becoming the modern day warriors of the cross, evangelists themselves. From prominent families, and
from the street gangs of inner cities, Christ has worked miraculously in the lives of most young people who come into contact with
the ministry. Countless of these have joined this ministry over the years, receiving the training to go on into meaningful
ministry within the local churches, and leaving the life of the violent streets behind.

This ministry has spanned the east coast and throughout the midwest, just as God had
spoken to Rev. Taylor over 20 years ago, and has seen nearly 15,000 souls added to the kingdom, and numerous miracles, signs and
wonders have followed these young people in their ministry. Thus making them the New Generation which will
Take This Nation! These numbers greatly excited Rev. Taylor, as his
goal since he first acknowledged the call of Christ was to reach as many young people for the Lord as he possibly could.
Back in May of 1998, God birthed a new vision in the heart of Rev. Taylor, and
POWERHOUSE Youth Ministries, that was to reach even more young people than he had in years past. To accomplish this task God gave
him a new vision, and a new method: To reach more Youth Leaders, and train them to better minister on a larger, more successful
level. Thus, POWERHOUSE Youth Ministries "EI" (Evangelism International) was born.

Curriculum
Within the last 10 years this ministry has completed the writing of a 3 level Youth
& Children's leaders training curriculum, which Rev. J Mack Taylor has been teaching across Eastern North Carolina with
great success! Further following the curriculum will be:

The Vision
Also in the last 2 years God has borne a new vision of POWERHOUSE Youth Ministries
"EI" into Rev. J Mack Taylor's Spirit:
To acquire the property and build, POWERHOUSE!
Youth Ministries Training Center

Offering a brand new level of the ministry Training to High school Juniors and
Seniors across the United States.
This new facility will include:
- Housing Facilities for Rev. & Mrs. Taylor, & their children
- Attached Housing facilities, (Separated Dorms, male/female) to house up to 14
High school juniors and seniors for year-round training, and the full time staff.
- Class room facilities for the year round students to complete ACE high School
curriculum, achieving their High School diplomas.
- Large "Sanctuary Type" worship room to be used for training of Local
Church Youth & Children's leaders on a week-long basis. (As well as weekly youth & children's services apart from their
local church services, for further, hands-on, training of all students involved in the PHYM Training.
- Large Sound/Video Studio for multimedia ministry training to interested
individuals and included in the Youth & Children's ministry training.
The Expense for such an undertaking is enormous, but God is supplying the means.
Sales of the curriculum and accompanying materials will certainly go a long way, but
fall far short of the goal.
An estimated expenditure of over $500,000.00 will be required to complete this
vision.

We are also in the process of Incorporating POWERHOUSE Youth Ministries
"EI", and applying for Non-profit status, so that we may apply for numerous Foundation grants available and finance this
ministry effort.
If we can get the assistance we need, we can offer this training to The High
School Juniors and Seniors at NO-CHARGE! But if we cannot, we will have to make a tuition fee mandatory for all applicants. It is
our desire to offer this ministry training to anyone and everyone who desires it. Won't you consider helping us in this effort?
