KID'S KRUSADE REQUIREMENTS
    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
      We will need to provide sleeping
        arrangements for between 7-12
        People, we much prefer to sleep
        in 2 sunday school rooms of the
        church, because of accessibility
        to the sanctuary for prayer times,
        bible studies, rehearsals, and
        setups for the ministry.

        Our team works from 8:am until
        2-3:am every day of the kids krusade,
        and every minute counts to us.

    SHOWER FACILITIES
        Hopefully your church would have
        shower facilities for us, but should
        that not be the case, we would need
        a home of someone nearby, or a
        local gym to provide shower facilities

    NOURISHMENT
        Most of my team will be growing teens.
        What most churches have done in the
        past, that works out very well and
        inexpensively, is to stock the church
        fellowship hall with cereals, snack cakes,
        bread, and sandwich supplies, so that we
        may prepare our own breakfast, and lunch
        to be flexible to our work schedule. The
        evening meal has traditionally been handled
        by different families of the church each
        night. (spaghetti, or chicken, or something
        very inexpensive or easy to prepare in large
        portions)

        Our evening schedule is very tight. In order
        for us to be in makeup, and have clowns
        out front of the church welcoming kids by
        6:30PM and begin service by 7:00PM,
        we will have need to begin our evening
        meal by 5:00PM.

    FINANCING
        Most evangelism teams of this nature,
        require a set fee for consideration.
        While we will not require it, a minimum
        of $500.00 plus travel expenses, is needed
        to help us maintain our travel and equipment.

        We will go to any church, large or
        small. All we ask, is that we be allowed to
        receive the offering as outlined in our
        Krusades page. Once we've received it, we
        will gladly turn it over to your church's
        finance committee for disbursement. Once
        it's counted and recorded, you can apply it to the
        $500.00 plus travel expenses fee. We ask that if

        our weekly offering exceeds the minimum,
        that we receive the full amount of the offering.

        While we are dependent on this ministry for
        our livelihood, and the continuation of the
        ministry, we are first concerned with
        offering this ministry to every church or soul
        that needs it.

Currently, none of our staff draws a salary from the ministry.

    SOUND SYSTEM
        At present, we are currently building our
        sound system, and sound is a
        definite requirement for this ministry. We
        will be needing a sound system whereby we
        can integrate our CD/MD/DVD players.

We need a simple 3/4 inch input into your existing sound system.

which we can plug in our DVD player

PLEASE NOTE: KLOWNSTUFF does NOT offer their ministry to be
performed in a facility that does not have air conditioning.
(NO outside tents)

(As they are dressed in Clown make-up and Clown-suits,
they are extremely susceptible to heat exhaustion in such situations)
